Where to Stay

We invite you to make the Lodge at Valle Chacabuco and campgrounds your base for exploring Patagonia Park. Both options provide access to miles of trails, which wind through the park’s grassland valleys and up among the high lakes. Built to welcome visitors for the next hundred years, the Lodge’s intricate woodwork, leather couches, and roaring fireplace make it the park’s most luxurious option. Others may prefer to stay in one of our car-accessible campgrounds, complete with full bathrooms, cook shelters, and spectacular mountain views.

If you choose to stay outside of the park, the nearby town of Cochrane has many hostels and bed and breakfasts, while the area along the Baker River has several fly-fishing lodges and vacation cabins.
